R.A.P. BILLBOARDS GO UP IN THE BAY AREA

Every year, with the help of FVLC’s RAP Project, students from Oakland High Schools help create themes and messages for billboards that aim to bring awareness to the issue of relationship abuse. The RAP project is currently facilitating focus groups for the 2005 billboard campaign. Last year's billboard is shown below.
